Terms of Use
These terms describe the expected use of eBiens as a real estate marketplace and brokerage platform for Morocco-first property sales and rentals.
Marketplace Role
eBiens acts as an intermediary between property advertisers and interested buyers or renters. Public visitors contact eBiens rather than contacting advertisers directly.
Listing publication can happen directly after submission. Promotion, featured placement, and moderation actions remain subject to eBiens admin control.
User Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
Admin status is not available through normal signup and can only be assigned through secure administrative processes.
Property Submissions
Submitted properties must include accurate information, a predefined Moroccan city and neighborhood, required advertiser contact data, and 3 to 10 property photos.
User-submitted listings may publish directly and can later be rejected, deleted, or returned for changes by eBiens admin when needed.
Prohibited Use
Users may not submit fraudulent listings, copied listings, misleading prices, unavailable properties, spam, or content that violates applicable law.
eBiens may restrict, reject, remove, or review accounts and listings when needed to protect marketplace quality.
Promotions
Sponsored listing requests are reviewed manually. Payment integration is not active in the current foundation.
Featured listings are selected by eBiens and are separate from sponsored listings.
