Moderation Rules

User listings can publish online after submission. These rules explain how eBiens admin can review, edit, reject, or delete content to keep the marketplace useful and trustworthy.

Approval Requirements

A listing must include a clear title, description, price, property type, city, neighborhood, core property details, private advertiser contact details, and 3 to 10 relevant photos.

The admin may approve old pending listings, reject, request changes, feature, unfeature, sponsor, unsponsor, or delete listings according to marketplace quality needs.

Private Contact Handling

Advertiser phone numbers and private email addresses are for eBiens admin follow-up and are not public listing content.

Public inquiries should go through the official eBiens WhatsApp flow so the admin can identify the listing and handle the relationship.

Rejected Content

Listings may be rejected for false information, unavailable property, insufficient photos, copied images, duplicate submissions, suspicious ownership, abusive language, or spam.

Listings that need edits can be returned to the owner and resubmitted for review.

Reports

Visitors can report approved listings for incorrect information, unavailable property, duplication, spam, or other concerns.

Admins review reports and may mark them reviewing, resolved, or dismissed. Admin actions can be recorded in the audit log.
