How to request account deletion

If you want to delete your eBiens account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your eBiens account. 2. Go to Account or Profile. 3. Select Delete Account. 4. Confirm your request.

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting us at: support@ebiens.com

What happens after deletion

When an account is deleted, eBiens will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, including profile details and saved preferences, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction record purposes.

Property listings created by the user should either be deleted, unpublished, or anonymized according to the existing app rules.

Account deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.
