eBiens is designed as a brokerage marketplace. Public visitors contact eBiens, while advertiser contact details remain private and available only to authorized users and administrators.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, account type, and authentication details through Supabase Auth.

When a user submits a property, eBiens collects listing details, images, city, neighborhood, price, and required private advertiser contact details.

Advertiser Contact Privacy

Advertiser phone numbers and private email addresses are not shown on public property cards, public property pages, public metadata, or public search results.

Private advertiser contact data is stored separately from public property records and protected by database row-level security.

Inquiries And Analytics

Public buyers and renters contact eBiens through the configured WhatsApp number. WhatsApp click events may be recorded to help the admin understand listing interest.

eBiens may track property views, favorites, promotion requests, and reports to support moderation, dashboard statistics, and marketplace quality.

Storage And Access

Property images are stored in Supabase Storage. Public access is limited to media attached to approved listings.

Administrators can access private advertiser details and moderation data only after authenticated admin authorization.
